Devika Mohotti is a Business Advisor who uses strong business acumen skills to enable organizations to build sustainable growth. Over the last few years, she was a Business / Sales Operations Executive for IBM’s Asia Pacific and Growth Market unit where Devika implemented, strong performance management systems, strategic initiatives and business transformation projects.
Devika is a member of CGMA, CIMA and CPA and also holds an MBA from University of Technology, Sydney. She was placed third in the world on the subject of Quantitative Techniques during CIMA exams.
In 2012, Devika Mohotti was appointed to the IFAC-PAODC (International Federation of Accountants – Professional Accountancy Organization Development Committee) where she works with the committee and IFAC staff to deliberate the issues and initiatives to develop accountancy organizations.
Devika firmly believes in the need for specific programs to advance careers of females and the need to promote cultural diversity and mentors several aspiring leaders. Women have a significant role to play as leaders in all facets, ranging from business to political and humanitarian organizations. Bringing a diverse perspectives and different approach has enabled many Women leaders to make a real difference.
Since 2012 she’s been an Associate of Xplore for Success, driving Gender Equality.
Özlem is also the Founder of Spirit of Womankind – an online platform where she shares her research, writing and musings about how women can live and work in a way that is true to their spirit, and in service of the world.
